How to order?

To place your order please:

1. send an e-mail with "Order" in subject line to:

"Order" in e-mail subject line is very important because helps us to process your order as soon as possible.

Please send us this info when ordering products:

• Product name and code if applicable;
• Volume of your order by weight or quantity of items;
• Delivery address and person;
• Preferable method of payment;
• Upon receipt of e-mail our sales representative will contact you ASAP and will provide your with further instructions (including payment instructions).

International orders

International orders are welcome. We have lots of customers from:

• USA and Canada mostly buying amber jewerly such as pendants, rings, bracelets, polished amber gemstones, different kind of business gifts.
• Australia (very popular products: amber rings, amber pendants, amber necklaces).
• Japan (amber pendants, round and olive amber beads).
• Arabic countries such as United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Turkey, Egypt mostly buying white raw amber material and Islamic amber rosaries (prayer beads or worry beads).
• China, Hong Kong, Singapore buying mostly semi-finished amber beads, amber cabochons and Baltic and Ukrainian raw/rough amber material.

Customers from other countries are also welcome.
